Gatherings are best held over a pint. We brew 10-gallon batches of approachable craft beer that gets people talking - and we have a little something for everyone. We offer traditional styles like Cowbell Cream Ale®, non-traditional like our Vanilla Latte Blonde Ale, or our unique Plow to Pint® Series using local farm harvests to create distinctive flavor profiles and malt bills.
Our hard seltzers are crisp, flavorful and refreshing on draft or from a frosty, cold can. We recently launched CannaFizz™, our own line of THC beverages, handcrafted in St. Paul for however you like to unwind. Our seasonal, handcrafted mocktails are thoughtfully invented and presented when you want to be social without the buzz. Beer For You™ wherever you find us!

Cowbell Cream Ale® 5.2% ABV | 20 IBU
Light gold in color and low in bitterness, the specialty malt and flaked maize add complexity to this smooth thirst quencher.
Vanilla Latte Blonde Ale 5.6% ABV | 15 IBU A smooth vanilla-infused Blonde Ale infused with a special blend of light espresso roasts from St. Paul’s own True Stone Coffee Roasters. Lactose adds a creamy, subtle sweetness.
Minnow Bite® Pilsner 4.6% ABV | 22 IBU
Bite-sized moments of flavor in this crisp pilsner that balance subtle malt sweetness with a gentle Saaz hop bite. Cast out and let the refreshing charm of a clean pilsner reel you in.
Tornado Drill™ IPA 7% ABV | 79 IBU
This IPA combines traditional West Coast and NEIPA styles, creating a cyclone of piney-orange flavor from Simcoe, Centennial, Citra, and Bergamot hops.
Urban Haze™ Vol. 4: Drop O’ Nectar Hazy IPA 6.2% ABV | 10 IBU
Lemon Drop, Nectaron, and El Dorado hops wrap your senses in a mist of bright, tropical citrus flavors followed by a smooth, mellow bitterness to round out the haze.

De-Lovely™ Porter 5.6% ABV | 33 IBU
Sweet, Coffee, Low Bitterness. It's delightful, it's delicious, it's de-lovely. Smooth and dark yet refreshing
Endicott Double IPA 7.5% ABV | 70 IBU
Named after our home at 2325 Endicott Street in St. Paul. The aroma of apricot, passionfruit, and citrus give only a hint of what’s to come. Flavor bursts onto the scene and you'll be coming back for more.
SourPuss™ Sour Ale 6.3% ABV | 5 IBU A refreshing, tart, well-balanced sour ale brewed on apricot & mango and boasting just the purrfect amount of sour.
Amber Ale 6.7% ABV | 25 IBU
Notes of juniper berries, coriander, and sweet orange peel tangled with Nugget and Crystal hops. A nice combination of malt, hops, and hints notes of spice and pine that warms you from the inside.
Hard Seltzer (on tap!)
Pink Lemonade Hard Seltzer 6% When life gives you lemons, make them into lemonade and mix it with breast cancer awareness! October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and proceeds from each pint of Pink Lemonade will be donated to Pay It Forward Fund, a non-profit dedicated to helping breast and women’s cancer patients pay basic bills while going through treatment so they can focus on what’s really important: getting healthy.
